VS. 25-26 PAUL HAD COLLECTED AN OFFERING ON HIS MISSIONARY JOURNEY THROUGHOUT ALL THECHURCHES IN ASIA MINOR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE JERUSALEM CHURCH THAT WAS UNDERGOINGPOVERTY. BUT IT MEANT MUCH MORE THAN JUST A MONETARY OFFERING TO RELIEVE POVERTY, IT MEANTA BOND BETWEEN ALL THE CHURCHES, JEW AND GENTILE.
PAUL WAS ARRESTED IN JERUSALEM SOON AFTER DELIVERING THIS OFFERING, SO WE DON’T KNOW WHATEFFECT IT HAD ON THE JERUSALEM CHURCH
