WHEN HE DOESTHIS, HE BECOMES INCONSIDERATE AND WILL HURT OTHER PEOPLE. HE CAN PUSH PEOPLE TOO HARD ANDAT TIMES HE CAN BE TOO “BOSSY”. HE NEEDS TO EARN THE COOPERATION AND RESPECT OFOTHERS. HE NEEDS TO BE SURE OTHERS SHARE HIS VISION AND GOAL.
b) LAZINESS–SOMETIMES OTHERS SEE THIS PERSON AS LAZY BECAUSE HE USUALLY DOES NOT DOANY OF THE WORK. HE ONLY DIRECTS IT. AT TIMES HE NEEDS TO WORK ALONGSIDE HIS WORKERS TOOFFSET THIS PERCEPTION.
c) NEGLECT OF FAMILY–HE HAS A TENDENCY TO DRIVE HIMSELF TOO HARD AND BE A”WORK-A-HOLIC”. AS A RESULT, HE CAN HAVE A TENDENCY TO NEGLECT HIS FAMILYRESPONSIBILITIES.
d) FAILURE TO FOLLOW THROUGH–ONCE A PROJECT IS IN PROGRESS AND PEOPLE ARE WORKING ONIT, HE MUST CONTINUE TO STAY WITH THE PROJECT UNTIL THE GOAL IS MET.
